National Catholic Church of America (NCCA)
An autocephalous body. The church is inclusive, celebrates the diversity of God's people, is gay/lesbian affirming and ordains qualified men and women.

The Order of Saint John the Divine
Canonical religious order of the NCCA for men and women, married or single, gay or heterosexual. Vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience do not preclude private ownership or committed intimate relationships. Some churches have religious orders, but in this case the religious order gave birth to the church.
